Uzano Foods was not born in a boardroom. It was born on a rooftop in Bhubaneswar, where papads were laid out to dry under the summer sun \u2014 exactly as they had been for generations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Our founder watched as this tradition slowly disappeared \u2014 replaced by factory-made papads with artificial additives and none of the character of handmade food. He decided to bring it back, at scale, without compromising a single step.<\/p>

Today, Uzano Foods produces authentic sun-dried papads and traditional Odia food products from Bhubaneswar \u2014 using the same methods, the same ingredients, and the same patience as the original recipe.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
